Attaches quickly to a steel square, steel rule or I-beam with integral rare-earth magnets, plus it has a vertical slot with an integral clamp to hold a ruler 25mm to 28mm wide & up to 1.5mm thick. It can lay out sloping cuts too & can be used for plumbing door, levelling sills etc.
