The jig requires a router fitted with a 30mm guide bush and 12mm diameter long reach cutter. For most common sah mortise and dead locks, with up to 3 inch deep mortises and a 7/8 inch or 1 inch face-plate. Deeper mortises can be achieved with a suitable size of auger bit. Also suits face-plate on a 1 inch mortise latch. Fast, clean and accurate results, even in hardwood and doors with knots.
