An excellent compound sliding mitre saw for the woodworking or DIY enthusiast featuring a newly upgraded twin bar system. The sliding bar system allows workpieces of up to 12" to be crosscut greatly increasing the versatility of the traditional chop saw. The rotating table area is marked out in degrees with all the commonly used angles having preset stops. Dust can be collected efficiently by a dust bag when on site or via an extractor which can be connected to a single outlet at the rear of the saw with dust being drawn from the blade guard when in the workshop. Another new feature is the very accurate trenching stop, used to set the cutting depth of the head when cutting grooves, trenches and tenons. A simple flip stop allows your depth setting to be kept for use again later when reverting back to normal sawing.
